Tom has been in the manufacturing industry for 14 years. He began his career at Aljon working in the engineering department focused mainly on landfill compactor design. Tom has held various positions while at S2 Manufacturing, most recently being promoted to General Manager in 2022. In his current role, he is focused on increasing production capacity and facilitating company growth while building employee and customer satisfaction.
Tom holds a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on their small family farm.
Curt is a 34 -year veteran in the scrap industry, 30 years with Aljon. Curt started as a sales representative covering the Midwest territory. In 2005 Curt was promoted to Sales Manager for the scrap equipment product line. Today, Curt is responsible for the Midwest territory as well as his role as Scrap Sales Manager working with the sales, service and manufacturing teams to supply the scrap market with quality scrap processing equipment.
Curt is dedicated to his job and family, wife Michelle, daughter Sydney and two sons Bennett and Cooper. Curt enjoys spending time on the golf course with family and friends and attending sporting events.
Greg is a heavy equipment professional with 32 years of industry experience in sales, service and dealer development. As Division Sales & Product Manager, he is responsible for all Sales activities related to the solid waste division. He works with engineering on current and future developments of the of Aljon compactor product line, as well as recruiting and the development of aftersales dealer partners. Having ample experience at both the OEM and dealer level, Greg has developed a passion for serving customers as a total solutions provider. Greg is married with 11 grandchildren.
Jason is a results driven leader who has been with Aljon for over 26 years. He started his career in the paint department in 1997 and was later promoted to Service Technician in 2006. In 2014, he was promoted to Scrap Product Manager where he managed all aspects of the scrap product line and worked to implement significate improvements to the products. In the fall of 2019, Jason was promoted to Customer Service Manager. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing all field service activities, new equipment deliveries, and service training. Jason has a passion for delivering world class customer service to all our Aljon customers.
Jason holds a BA Degree in English Literature from Buena Vista University. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and will occasionally take a ride on his trophy winning 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
A determined discipline and responsible leader, Enza Lobberecht’s role as Supply Chain Manager has her leading the Supply Chain Team in these very tough and difficult supply chain times. Enza’s knowledge of the manufacturing industry and sourcing parts has been an asset to our company. She brings over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, including automation, lighting, and heavy machinery.
Enza holds a bachelor’s degree in business science from DeVry University in Chicago, Illinois
Kevin started his career with Aljon in 1998 working on the landfill compactor product line. He was promoted to Landfill Compactor Supervisor in 2004. In this role, Kevin was responsible for leading the assembly team and ensuring that the machines were built to the highest quality standards possible. In 2017, Kevin joined the parts department, as he had a desire to work closely with our Aljon customers. Kevin currently serves as the Parts Manager where he oversees all aspects of the parts department. Kevin prides himself on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. He and his team are responsible for maintaining service parts inventory, elevating customer satisfaction, and ensuring customer equipment is up and running.
Kevin is married and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and the great outdoors.
Amber has been with S2 Manufacturing for 2 years and has worked in all areas of accounting before moving into her current role. Amber brings a diversified perspective to the team with her background in accounting and software development and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations.
Amber is married with two sons and enjoys spending time outdoors on their family farm.
An accomplished professional, Greg Martin’s role as Human Resources Manager has him managing the full HR lifecycle, while influencing key stakeholders, engaging employees, resolving complex issues, and efficiently managing talent and organizational design. Greg has over thirty years of human resources, operations and management experience in retail and manufacturing. Greg is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Lisa has been with S2 Manufacturing for 2 years and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, pricing, and various analyses. She is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, and airline services. Lisa has a BS degree in Business Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Lisa is married and has two sons. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, traveling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends; especially visiting with her young granddaughter.
Deb is a finance and manufacturing professional that has a passion for team development and improving processes that will positively impact customers. With over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries, Deb leads her team at S2 in the overall financial management of the company. Prior to joining S2, Deb served as Division Controller for Clow Valve and spent over a decade at AFC Industries in a variety of leadership roles in Finance, HR, and Operations.
Deb has a bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Business Management from Iowa Wesleyan College. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her grandchildren.
